*Registration Fee and Board Fee are mandatory. Lodging can be selected in one of the partner hotels of the convention center or arranged separately.
1 Registration fee includes attendance fee, abstract booklets, and welcome drink.
The payment of the registration fee is compulsory and can be done on the CSF online platform only, via credit card, TWINT, Apple pay or Google pay. Should a participant be unable to pay the registration fee via the online platform, please contact us.
2 Accommodation Fee includes costs for Board (all coffee breaks, lunches, dinners, social dinner event, beverages at lunch and dinner, and the excursion) and Lodging (bedrooms and breakfast) for the entire period of the conference (all-inclusive formula). Participants reserve and pay for the Accommodation Fee directly on the reservation page of the conference center Monte Verità.
VISAS
Invitation letters for VISA purposes can be provided upon request to beatrice.malchiodi@epfl.ch. Please include your name and abstract title. Note you will be invited to attend the conference, but such invitation cannot be used as part of the documentation required for a business VISA.
