Participation in the conference gives participants access to reduced prices for accommodation in partner hotels:

A shuttle service is provided from Ascona centre to Monte Verità in the morning (uphill). Daily schedules of this transport will be available at the external hotel and the conference venue.
Please note that the choice of accommodation is free and not restricted to partner hotels (the Lodge Fee is separated from Registration Fee and Board Fee).
However, the Board Fee has to be paid wherever you lodge, and all meals have to be taken at Monte Verità, except the conference dinner event and the breakfast if you are staying elsewhere. You can pay the Board Fee on the dedicated website http://shop2.monteverita.org/en/ and insert the code you received at the time of registration.

MONTE VERITA'
The number of single rooms at the conference site hotel is limited; if you require a single room, we recommend you book one well in advance. Sharing a bedroom with another participant will increase the chances of finding an available room at the conference site hotel. If you have a suggestion for room sharing, you can indicate a name at the time of booking.
Extra pre- and post-conference nights are possible and accommodation fees (lodging) have to be discussed directly with the Monte Verità hotel. Board during pre- and post-nights will be "à la carte".
Accompanying persons staying at the Hotel Monte Verità do not profit from the reduced prices.
